The Quality Mark Logo is a black yellow & red rosette that features on beef & lamb which has met the highest quality standards. By choosing beef and lamb displaying the Quality Mark, you are assured that standards have been met including leanness, tenderness and food safety requirements.
The Quality Mark carries the National Heart Foundation's "Pick the Tick", which means beef and lamb wearing the Quality Mark has met the Foundation's requirement for being low in fat (no more than 5mm of external fat).
